"I hate public speaking"

(aka words you'll never hear me say)

I'm afraid I've always been a yapper.

From three to thirty, I've loved communicating and enjoy sharing what I know with others. Now with over a decade of experience in marketing, specifically in the arts, I'm able to speak to audiences in both niche and broader industries, bringing creative ideas and frameworks that make strategy fun and accessible.

I'm a two-time conference host/keynote, a repeat guest lecturer in collegiate classrooms over the last three years, a podcast guest, and a communications consultant for clients in the solopreneur and arts nonprofit spaces.

I specialize in customer-centric, needs-based marketing, approaching every campaign with the same starting question: why does our target audience actually care about this?

Hot topics:

Aelsa Woods

I have over a decade of experience working in arts administration, beginning my career as a personal assistant to the executive director of a nonprofit arts advocacy organization and unpaid intern to the manager of a youth orchestra.

Now the manager of two orchestras, a business owner, and vocal advocate for the arts and female founders (particularly mothers in business), I am grateful to be able to serve in this field.
