I know what it feels like to rebuild from rock bottom with nothing but faith and a flicker of vision. For years, I wore the masks — the strong one, the good girl, the one who held it all together. But behind them? I was exhausted, disconnected from myself, and buried beneath everyone else’s expectations.

Today, I walk alongside purpose-filled single moms as they reclaim their identity, reconnect with their truth, and rise into the next chapter of their lives — not from striving, but from deep self-trust. My work weaves together somatic healing, emotional clarity, and identity reclamation to help you build a life that reflects who you truly are.

Aelsa Woods

As the contracted general manager of two central Illinois orchestras (one community orchestra and one youth orchestra), with a decade of experience in the nonprofits and music marketing field, I'm a multi-passionate creative with a heart for the underdog.

In addition to my consulting work, I also work full-time managing the marketing department at central Illinois' largest and oldest music store chain. At home, I'm a proud mother to a darling and adventurous three year old, delightfully married to my life's love, and blessed to be surrounded by a community of female entrepreneurs and business owners who have become my closest friends.
