Aligned isn't your typical retreat. It’s an intensive weekend workshop designed with the intention and pace of a business development conference — but hosted in a cozy Airbnb in Roanoke, IL (Central Illinois, just outside Peoria and Bloomington-Normal).
This experience, hosted by myself and Cait Starling blends coaching, collaboration, and strategy in a retreat-style setting where female founders can step back, reflect, and move forward with clarity.

She-EO Suite
A queen or king-size bed in your very own room. Maximum privacy for a quiet, relaxing experience! Remainder will be invoiced upon approval, to be paid in full or financed (through Klarna).

What's included?
Two overnights (Friday 4/10 and Saturday 4/11), four meals (all meals except dinner), multiple educational and vision-casting sessions, quiet time to work on your business, 2 professional headshots and group b-roll.
What's the investment?
The She-EO Suite is a solo-occupied room that, when paid in full without financing, costs $700 total. This price includes two overnights, all meals except dinner on Saturday, and a Saturday chock-full of educational and coaching sessions.
A deposit of $300 is required to hold your spot, and then, once approved, the remainder will be invoiced and must be paid by 2/1/2026. You are welcome to use the financing options provided at checkout through Klarna to finance the remainder across as many months as you need.

This option is perfect for more introverted female entrepreneurs who would like more privacy and total control over their bedtime.
Sleepover Suite
A bunk-bed room that you'll share with a friend or fellow female founder. Maximum value for a true grown-up sleep-away camp experience! Remainder will be invoiced upon approval, to be paid in full or financed (through Klarna).

Today, I walk alongside purpose-filled single moms as they reclaim their identity, reconnect with their truth, and rise into the next chapter of their lives — not from striving, but from deep self-trust. My work weaves together somatic healing, emotional clarity, and identity reclamation to help you build a life that reflects who you truly are.

Aelsa Woods
As the contracted general manager of two central Illinois orchestras (one community orchestra and one youth orchestra), with a decade of experience in the nonprofits and music marketing field, one could say I'm a multi-passionate creative with a heart for the underdog.
In addition to my consulting work, I also work full-time managing the marketing department at central Illinois' largest and oldest music store chain. At home, I'm a proud mother to a darling and adventurous three year old, delightfully married to my life's love, and blessed to be surrounded by a community of female entrepreneurs and business owners who have become my closest friends.
