I got into the wedding industry after starting as a wedding musician, then a wedding photographer, and now I coordinate weddings across Illinois as a day-of-coordinator and wedding planner. Based out of Bloomington-Normal, I offer a range of wedding and events services for clients all over the state.
My specialty is providing luxury service to the budget bride. Ultimately, I believe you deserve a stress-free wedding day, surrounded by loved ones, basking in the glow of your new marriage, even if the purse strings are a little tight.

Day-of-coordinator vs. wedding coordinator: what’s the diff?
A lot of times these terms are used interchangeably, so to help alleviate confusion on my site, I refer to these services as wedding planning and day-of-coordinating.
Wedding planning (sometimes called wedding coordinating) is a long-term working relationship where I take on more of the admin, decision-making, and logistics.
Day-of-coordinating is an option that allows you to do all or most of the planning yourself and then hand it over to me to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of your wedding.
All of my day-of-coordination packages include rehearsal direction and unlimited contact between the time you book me and your wedding day, so don’t be turned off by the idea that I only work on the “day of.”
I’m here for you the whole way through, no matter what package you book.
Packages
I believe the wedding industry needs a dose of “be {flipping} for real.” Why do you need to give your contact information to a stranger just to learn how much the “investment” is? That’s weird.
I believe in transparent and upfront pricing for everyone. What you see here is what it will cost to work with me. I’m committed to saving you money and saving you time, even if that means I can’t harvest your data. 🤭
That said, if you see your ideal package here that and it’s a little bit outside your budget, please feel free to reach out and let me know—I do offer additional discounts for veterans and service members, weekday weddings, and first-gen weddings (parents and grandparents of bride or groom were never married).

$100/hour for 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour packages. All full day-of-coordinator packages include complimentary rehearsal direction, 2 video chat consultation, and unlimited emails/texts/phone call touchpoints between contract date and your wedding day!

$400 - includes complimentary rehearsal direction, 2 video chat consultations, and unlimited email/text/phone call touchpoints between contract date and your wedding day! No more than 4 hours of coverage.

$2,000 - 15 hours of pre-wedding planning assistance and 10 hours of day-of-coordination. Includes complimentary rehearsal direction, 2 free* video consultations, and unlimited email/text/phone call touchpoints between contract date and your wedding day!
*”free” = doesn’t count against the 15 hours of pre-wedding planning.

$3,500 - 30 hours of pre-wedding planning assistance and 10 hours of day-of-coordination. Includes complimentary rehearsal direction, 2 free* video consultations, and unlimited email/text/phone call touchpoints between contract date and your wedding day!

$125/hour - for when one package isn’t long enough and the next one up is too much time or for when you want some pre-wedding assistance without the whole 15 hours.

$50/hour added to your package. You can always request this if you think a 2-person team would be beneficial, but it is also a required upgrade for weddings that require full setup and tear-down.
